Book synopsis
Charley Willis was thirteen years old when her parents were killed in their family home and she was found hiding in a cupboard upstairs.

Fifteen years later, Charley is marrying Seth Chambers. It should be the happiest day of their lives, a chance for Charley to put her past behind her, but just hours after the ceremony, she is missing.

No one saw her leave. No one knows where she is.

One thing is for certain…Seth is about to discover he doesn’t really know the woman he just married. And his nightmare is only just beginning.

My thoughts:
Rating:4.5'
Would I recommend it: yes
Would I read any thing else by this author : yes
It was slow going into the story but for some reason it actually worked for it instead of against it , because it helped build up the story and you got to see the characters come to life before your very eyes, plus kindle liked how it was told in the past and present way where you got both the story of what happened after and doing Charley's disappearance ,as well as find out more about her doing the telling of her past , it also makes you ask who would want her to disappear and why , secrets, a family curse , money , murder and lies all seem to have some way of play in this story , and unanswered questions like will Seth ever see his her again. So set back , get your favorite drink and snacks and follow Seth as the truth unfolds. With that said I want to say thanks to Netgalley as well as to Bookouture for letting read and review The Wife's Secret exchange for my honest opinion.
